DeSL Launches Digital Approvals Dashboard

Discover e-Solutions (DeSL) announces the launch of Digital Approvals Dashboard for fashion sampling. A key element of full digital transformation is the ability to vastly reduce the number of physical samples of either garments or materials. The efficiency this will bring companies, from both the demand and supply side, will be significant in terms of time to market and costs. This not only relates to the product development stages as currently managed by PLM solutions, but will also significantly improve procurement and selling business processes.

DeSL has now created the ability for this to happen through its innovative Digital Approvals Dashboard.

Complete integration with critical path and workflow capabilities, the solution will enable users to push digital approval requirements and actions deep into the supply chain, covering all areas from initial product prototype, to bulk fabric deliveries.

The dashboard works with any specialist 3D vendor including, CLO, Browzwear, and Optitex to enable the web based visualization of virtual samples. In addition, the solution will enable interaction with the 3D models in a rich, and powerful, interactive environment.

From a color approval perspective, which is often overlooked as a key area for cost and efficiency improvements, the dashboard is fully integrated to DeSL’s Color Lifecycle Management module to enable real time digital color approvals.

All roles in the development process are involved in the dashboard. Factories and mills know what they have to do and when, and internal users are able to monitor progress in real time and interact with all areas in the supply chain.
