eStyleTracker.com - the ultimate critical path and workflow tool for Fashion, Apparel and Textile sectors.
DeSL’s critical path and time and action calendar application deliver complete control and visibility for all activities in the development and procurement lifecycles.
Our system will enable you to track all major processes, such as Purchase Orders, Sample Requests and Development Requests.
All parties in the process can see exactly what they have to do and when through a series of alerts and enquiries. Users can even access the system ‘on the move’ via our mobile PLM support. Devices such as iPhones, Blackberrys and PDA’s etc can access key data at the touch of a button.
Users can define any number of activities to track and build a series of templates which can be applied to any type of product – finished, fabrics, trims etc. Each activity has a standard duration, default owner and activity dependencies in order to create and calculate a true critical path network.
The system holds key dates for each activity: Original planned date, Revised dates, Actual dates and the system will even calculate Predicted dates.

All required key processes can be tracked such as Approval of Technical Packs, Pattern Creation, Costings, Lab dips, Wearer Trials, Wash Tests, Contract Seals & Fit Logs etc. The progress of these can be shared in real time over the Internet with all authorised parties able to view or update.
The system is proactive and pushes information out to users. This key data can be accessed over the Internet in real time via PC’s, Macs or mobile devices. Emails are automatically generated by the system to warn users of overdue or pending activities and can be configured to automatically escalate to appropriate management.
We’ve already built up a series of critical path templates which you can use straight away in order to deploy this application in a rapid manner: Fabric development, Waistbands, Trims, Product sampling and prototyping, Pre production development, Full Production, Season, Range/collection
